"The key thing to remember here is patience. I stopped in and ordered two sandwiches, the chicken bacon ranch and the Philly cheese steak. It took about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. They have a screen in the waiting area showing how your order is progressing. The sandwiches were delicious, the staff very friendly and professional. The price was reasonable for what you got. Overall, a really good experience."

I called my carryout order in and they couldn't hear me for the first two minutes of the call but kept a great attitude and persevered to take my order, and then they left off one of the items and fixed it for free when I arrived! Just the sweetest, good-natured and polite staff. And the food was delicious, as always. Hands down the best pizza place in Franklin!"
